Canada: 4-7 business days or less if the product is in stock.
United States: 6-9 business days or less.
This limited warranty from Le Present covers material or manufacturing defects in new Le Present products.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Only consumers who purchase Le Present products from authorized retailers or resellers are eligible for coverage under our limited warranties.
Le Present guarantees this product against defects in materials or workmanship as follows:
Le Present will replace any product or product part found defective due to manufacturing defects or material flaws, under normal installation, use, service, and maintenance conditions, free of charge.
If a replacement is not feasible and repair is impractical or cannot be done in a timely manner, Le Present may, at its discretion, offer store credit or a refund.
Our warranty coverage period is 6 months from the documented purchase date, depending on the Le Present product type and purchase location.
Warranty exclusions, our warranties do not cover problems caused by:
– Incorrect assembly
– Modifications after purchase
– Damage from intentional/accidental misuse or negligence
– Normal wear and tear
– Weather-related damage
– Clearance or floor sample items
During extreme weather conditions that may cause damage, all Le Present products must be protected or brought indoors. When using natural plants indoors or outdoors, a repotting container must be inserted into the upper level of the Le Present planter, with a repotting plate placed underneath to collect excess water. Additionally, for outdoor use with natural plants, drainage holes must be drilled at the bottom of the Le Present planter to allow water to escape. Otherwise, water accumulation in the soil or at the bottom of the planter may freeze and cause cracks.
Artificial plants placed outdoors should be treated with UV protectant to extend their lifespan and prevent fading.
Le Present strongly recommends unpacking all orders within two days of receipt. If your purchased Le Present product is damaged, please contact us immediately. If a return is necessary, please retain all packaging materials for return shipping. Additionally, please send detailed photos of the damaged Le Present product to operations@lepresent.com.
Returns can be made within 3 days of receiving the product. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.Â

We offer a customized freight program for B2B orders. This program is designed to optimize transportation costs for bulk orders and facilitate the management of complex deliveries.
Shipping fees for B2B deliveries are calculated based on the order subtotal and any required specific services (such as residential area delivery, liftgate use, or remote locations).
All orders of $1,000 or more qualify for our transportation program. For orders below this amount, a shipping quote will be provided by the carrier and communicated to the customer.
The shipping fees are calculated on a case-by-case basis and will be shared with the client before order confirmation.
B2B order delivery times may vary based on order size and location. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, but we encourage businesses to contact our customer service team for more precise delivery timelines.
